  • BEWARE: One of the workers here opened a fraudulent line associated with my account and now I have been charged over $300 extra for the past 3 months because of this scam artist and Virgin Mobile will not reverse any charges telling me to go to the store where this associate denies he had done anything of the sort. Take your money elsewhere unless you like to be scammed.
