  • I forgot I been here before/Ordered filet mignon medium well-well done instead...horrible service By our waiter Tony, we got bottled water and hot tea and the guy that offers free ice water cane around and I asked for more hot tea, it's like he was bothered by it,...sour face, no personality...is like their was a shortage in hot tea on the world, luckily our appetizer came out good, so when manager asked was everything good we said yes, he didn't come around during entrees, I couldn't speak due to bad allergies so couldn't even tell the person I was with my steak wasn't medium well, our waiter new I couldn't speak and didn't even bother asking to sit us closer, even when a booth was open he didn't even try to ask may he sit us somewhere where I can atleast whisper, go to TENDER STEAKHOUSE AT LUXOR...I PROMISE YOU AMD GUARANTEE BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE FROM BEGGINING TO END, EVEN OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE HAS BETTER STEAKS AND MAKES IT TO YOUR LIKING AND SERVICE IS GREAT FROM BEGGINING TO END,
