  • Honestly not very happy about how United Towing operates. I understand that towing companies are disliked in general, but there is actual reason to rant about this place. Woke up this morning to my roommate's missing car. There is always a pass on his car and his car is always parked in a spot. Still not exactly sure why his car was towed to begin with, but apparently there are people out there who are willing to do anything to make money off of you. I have words for those people that I will reserve from this review. I will say this is the most expensive tow bill i have ever heard of for NC, well over $200...... As if the last line wasn't cause enough for ill content, United Towing changed the price of the bill, claiming they needed special equipment to tow his vehicle, a mid-size sedan! I let them know it was poor business practice to change the price of a bill mid-payment but they clearly had no regard for what good business practice even consisted of. Beware of United Towing!
