  • DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! Our loved ones body was not cremated for 5 weeks do to a clerical error the receptionist made. His body sat there for weeks when he could have been with his loved ones. Chris the GM has refused any reimbursement for they're mistake nor is any repercussions to the employee who caused the error by simply not checking a box for cremation. Their business license should be revoked considering many people have had horrible experiences with these people. What if this was their family member. I choose 1 star since no stars is not an option...
