Yelp- we need a 0 star option! Arhaus has such nice furniture and decent sales- although still pricey but NO customer service. I found what I thought was a decent chair. As I was looking at it the sales person told me this was an instock color and I could have it in 2 weeks. That decided it for me, and I purchased it. Once I handed her my credit card she added another week onto the expected delivery time?! I was still okay with it but thought that was a little shifty. As days turn into weeks- I have not received an update or a call so I called Arhaus. They must not have people answering the phones -or very few-as the message says they are very busy-likely dealing with disgruntled customers- and if you leave your name and number they will call RIGHT BACK. Well, that was 10 days ago. Yesterday I called again and went through the same steps. Still no call back. I e-mailed their head office this morning but I think canceling my order is the next step. Very frustrating and not a place I will buy anything else from. There is a lot of competition in furniture and this place finishes dead last.
