Wife and I had dinner here recently. We had reservations, called to say we'd be 1/2 late and were still accommodated and seated within minutes of our arrival. Our server Austin and his assistant provided outstanding service. The manager visited our table to say hello and referred to us by name -- very classy. Among the items we ordered were Caesar salad -- served not chopped, but whole leaves on the plate dressed very nicely. Seemed like there was a whole head of romaine on the plate. It was fresh and tasty. A warm baguette and butter was served. There are cuts of meat offered on the menu and our server also came with a tray of bone-in cuts. We chose the bone-in 27 oz. NY strip to share. Cost was $2.49 per ounce or $68 for the steak. They offered to serve it sliced as it's easier for the kitchen to slice it than for the diner to do it at the table. So we took them up on that suggestion. Ordered medium rare and grilled over wood it had very nice flavor. Sides of sweet potato and broccolini (with a tad of red pepper) were good. Steak was also served with large potato chips. Forget the special cocktail we ordered, it was very good. Dessert was a cherry sundae with semi-sweet chocolate ice cream and was also very good. Only reason I did not give a five star review was the steak. It was tasty, but had some tough areas and just not as good as similar steaks we've had at other restaurants. Yes, we will go back next time we're in Vegas.
