  • Long-time customer here.. customer service has been declining steadily over the years. The ladies constantly talk loudly in their language while doing clients' nails which really takes away from the "relaxing spa time".. Some nail techs even have a bit of attitude. Not coming back here because the service is not worth my time and money. Nails were done okay but the acrylic nails are thick and uneven!
