  • I hate I even have to give one star. Very sloppy, uneven, and rushed. My polish is not even there is polish on my skin and the tech didn't polish the sides of my nails. I wanted an accent color on one finger and she said it would be $10 extra. The lady next to me got the same thing I wanted and she was told there was no extra charge for an accent color for one finger. Why was I going to be charged more??? She caked on the base clear coat and I told her I don't like thick polish. I showed my nails to the receptionist and she said someone could fix them. She showed Wendy and saw the errors. Wendy did not want to fix my nails and told her to have the original tech redo them. Why on earth would I have the same person who I was not satisfied with redo them!? My first and last visit to Pink Nails. Great location but poor service and I will not come back. I don't pay money to leave with worse nails than I walked in with. No one cares about customer satisfaction obviously.
