  • So, I've used Creative Niche previously to aid in my job hunt. And just like the previous reviewer, Craig Hodges was my go-to man. In all honesty, it's been a so-so experience. The Good: - Craig helped me revamp my resume and really taught me how to position and market myself in the industry. For this experience alone, I think every creative should give them a call. The Bad: - I am a follow-upper and I guess Craig's just an extraordinarily busy person. After that one day of reviewing and helping me with my resume, I barely ever heard from him, even when I sent him constant e-mails for updates. The Ugly: - False promises. I never expect an employment agency to find me a concrete job, but Craig was the one to tell me several times that they were presenting my resume and candidate profile to certain companies (that I can't name) ... but he never bothered keeping me in the loop about results or feedback. The weirdest part was, that over a span of 6-8 months, he e-mailed me about the same position at the same company 3 times to find out if I was interested. And I was, all those 3 times. But I never heard back from them about it... even after constant following up.
