  • First of all... One star for the hours of operation. I really wish more quality Henderson nail shops would stay open this late. However, tonight was my last straw- I kept inching towards a complaint on Yelp but I kept giving this salon chances only because of their hours and wide variety of gel colors. I find it impossible to get into a nail salon before 7. That being said, I called and asked if I could come in to get a simple regular pedicure at 9pm. The girl said to give them 30 minutes then come in. I showed up at 9:30... The owner comes up to me and asks if I had an appointment? When over the phone, I clearly gave my name. So I get there, during my appointment slot and the woman says to wait 10 minutes since no one put me on the schedule. Ok. I wait 10 minutes (which I shouldn't have to, considering I made an appointment.) and 10 more minutes pass... I decide to get up and leave. I can understand if they're running behind. But this is NOT the first time this has happened. Whether I show up several minutes early, or on time, either way, I find myself waiting in their salon. I completely understand a mistake, or a delay, but every single time I have come, there is a wait. Finally, over these months, they have decided to surprise you with any little extra charge. To have your nails shaped is extra. To have gel removed is extra. At one point, one of the male techs was charging $45 for a regular gel mani when the owner was out of town...it's always been $35. Not only that, but my gel manicure I got a week and a half ago is already chipped on 7 nails. Overall, I've come to the conclusion that it's time to find a new spot. They definitely pick and choose which customers to best accommodate.
