  • I am very upset with Ideal Image and do not recommend them at all. I went in for coolsculpting and BBL. What was supposed to be my final coolsculping session turned out to be a nightmare. I ended up with "shark bites" on the front of my thighs due to the paddles being placed inpromperly and slipping. I was trying to get rid of my saddlebags which are on the side of your thighs. Due to the shark bites I could not proceed any further with coolsculpting. They said they could transfer the credit from coolsculpting to another service. Still hasn't happened!! I went in for my third BBL session in which the nurse burnt the hell out of my forehead. It took forever to heal! Now mind you, this is my third session so I knew the procedure and stayed out of the sun etc. I called and left messages for someone to contact me and after I don't know how many calls I finally received a call back from the manager, Dawn. I explained what had happened and she seemed concerned. She asked me to email her a synopsis and the pictures I took of my burnt forehead. No response. I emailed with a follow up email just the other day and I still have not received an email back or phone call. I don't even know what to do at this point as I have spent a lot of money, thousands of dollars (close to $8,000) for both packages and I still have a pretty hefty credit on my account. I feel like they just took my money and don't even care!!!
