  • It's been 3 weeks since I stopped by in person to ask for some landscaping ideas. The landscaper said he would make an appointment to come by to give an assessment and quote. 3 weeks! I've called back 3 times to ask when they may be able to come out and have been told that they would pass on the message when they see the landscaper but they may not see him since he's on a job. When I asked if they could call him so that he could call me back when he's available, I was told, they don't like to call "if it's isn't important." I suppose my potential business isn't important. I have given up and will be looking elsewhere. Very disappointed.
