  • I was shopping with a parent for a new vehicle which is a daunting task when your parents begin to need assistance. We had looked at multiple dealerships and even tried the internet sales departments at most. A friend suggested we check with Shields. Having never been there we figured we would go look and see what they had. We found the perfect vehicle and figured we would ask about it. The sales staff didn't mob us like at the other dealerships we'd been to. We met Terry and instantly he put my fathers mind at ease. The whole process was painless and efficient. I am NOT a fan of dealerships but this was a very easy trip. Shields staff was helpful and courteous at every turn. The truck we bought was spotless the bank paperwork explained without the typical dealer sales pitch and we decided to purchase that day. A difficult situation was made very easy by Terry and his surrounding staff!!! If you're not a dealership kind of person I recommend giving Shields and Terry a shot.
