  • I purchased two queen size box springs from this location as well as a gel mattress. When I got home, and removed the plastics from the box springs there were several labels on the box springs that is when I found out I had purchased two used box springs. The labels informed me that the box spring was disinfected. This information is not clearly marked these labels are attached to the box spring the plastics shipping material does a good job of concealing the labels. I am very disappointed with Sears and the marketing of this product. I would never have purchased this product with prior knowledge. I didn't try to return this purchase because I had to rent a truck to pick them up the expense to rent the truck it just didn't work for me. By the way at $140.00 per box springs it was a not bargain for a used box spring new at Sam's is $199.00. I don't recommend this store.
