  • Flight came in broken. Got shunted to another gate but no one announced it. We had to find out from other travelers. Got to the next gate and there was no one there to tell everyone they were in the right place. Attendants arrived and couldn't tell anyone anything. Still waiting to board even though we're supposed to be in the air already. Why does it cost so much to be treated like dirt?
