  • I went to get my brows waxed and the aesthetician burned my upper eyelid. I called to inform the manager and instead of taking ownership that her employee didn't deliver a good service, she blamed it on the possible use of my facial products! She deflected the blame back to me. I will never use this spa again for waxing or facials (had a horrible experience with facials too).
