Not a bad last-minute hotel option... but oh, geez.
The pros:
-Plenty of parking right near the door. Hooray! (So they didn't get zero stars...)
-The service associates were pleasant and courteous. (Because the service was good, Days Inn gets 2 stars instead of 1.)
-No bed bugs in my room.
-Check-in and check-out were seamless, but this is an expectation, not a bonus.
The cons:
-The hair dryer didn't work. I can deal with that. I've got very short hair. However, I was really hoping for the hair dryer, because...
-There was no hot water! What the heck? My shower was quick and I was freezing when I got out! That hair dryer would've saved me from shivering long after the shower.
-Continental breakfast was um... fruit loops and white bread. Dare I ask which continent they're referring to?
I don't think Days Inn tries to masquerade as anything but a two-star hotel, so bravo for succeeding at having five-star customer service and negative-forty star accoutrements...
