  • Botero definitely exceeded all of my expectations. The lobster mashed potato special that we shared for an appetizer was a nice size and great quality. The bread basket had some amazing breads including pretzel!! I had the lamb and it was SO GOOD. Easily the best lamb I've had!! It was juicy, and tender, and cooked perfectly. I was in heaven. The mac and cheese side was fantastic, as was the polenta side. They had so many great ones to choose from....I want to try them all. AND I WILL!!!!!!!! I will definitely make this one of my go-to spots in Vegas!
