  • After searching for several weeks for a cleaning company, I decided to choose StarFire. I am crippling with rheumatoid arthritis and it's becoming very, very hard for me to do the the every day scrubbing needed to keep my house is clean as I would like. This is why I decided to go with a cleaning company. I wanted them to come in and do a great job and then continue to use them biweekly. I was beyond excited to have them come! Even when she first arrived I was so excited. This was a huge mistake. She came out and she spent three hours in my home. It was one woman and when she left I was still left to scrub my walls to dust and my fans are still filthy. We did not do a walk-through before she left, and I honestly did not notice because I did not go looking through my house until she left. Otherwise I assure you I would have said something to her prior to her leaving. I sent pictures to the owner right away. And she could only replied that she was shocked because this was one of her best. I did not argue that with her and I asked her if she could please come back out and just clean what was left. I got no response I sent several text over the next several days. Again I did not hear from her until I wrote a negative review on her Facebook page where she continued to lie and call me out and say things about me that were very untrue. Again, I offered her on Facebook to come back out and rectify the issues. She did not respond. Then I received a text message from her yesterday asking me "how we liked her service and if I would like to set up a week weekly or biweekly Service with their company". My reply was obviously "are you serious? I have been trying to get you to come out and finish what you started and you would not reply". Her response was "hostile much". I can assure you I am not a hostile person, but I do feel that I should get what I pay for. I did not get that, and at this point and I don't foresee it happening because this company does not stand by their work. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. You will not be happy!!!! They are rude they are spiteful and they do not stand by their work. All I asked was that they come back and finish what they started and they refused to do this. I can promise you if you pick this company you will not be satisfied. I am sure that now that I have posted a negative review, the owner will be replying negative lies but I had to get the word out so that others don't pay out their hard earned money and not be satisfied with the work. They will only call you a liar and not come out to fix the job. I can assure you of this. Skip this company.
