  • I give this place more than one star because the makeup artist was really nice and helpful and seemed to be informed about the new makeup as well as being honest and I like that. I don't know if she gave me the right shade of foundation but she made an effort. She told me there wasn't anymore in my shade and I need to order it at the counter. I go to check out and the lady rings me up and then I tell her I want to order the foundation since it's not in shock. I give her all my information then she tells me she can't find me in the system even tho she just used that same information for beauty insider??? She then reasked for my information to update my account. I said I'll just come back when the shipment comes in she said no don't do that what if we don't have your shade. I gave her my information to ship it to my house and I asked okay so are we good she said no I didn't ship it to you because you said you would come in????? I'm sorry but I think she's retarded I forgot her name but she had a Canadian accent and most times I would have asked for a manager I really didn't wanna hurt her feelings but goddamn 20 minutes of my life could have been saved and the only thing i went in to sephora for I didn't leave with. Interesting.
