  • This is the worst Sonora Quest location EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We scheduled an appointment to have hubby take a test here since this is the ONLY location in the valley that does this test. The only other option is driving to Tucson. I wish we would of drove to Tucson!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It may have actually gotten done... What happened?? They didn't perform the test!!!!!!!! We went into get results from our doctor and they didn't do what he asked in the script. So the doctor called the lab. They said that their was some "confusion" as to which tech was doing the test. So we made another appointment and our doctor put on the script that they were "Not to Delay" and what happened?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!? A few hours later the lab called and told my husband that they made a mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!! They didn't do the test... for the 2nd time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of fucking lab is this?? Isn't your job to do a test with the sample you receive??? I can't believe they can even be licensed to run this operation. Then she says that she will make sure they do it the third time around. You bet your ass you will... if we have to go and walk the sample to the fucking lab ourselves!!!! DRIVE to TUCSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You'll save yourself SOOOOOOOOOO much more time if you just get it done instead of having to go in 3 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Again, WORST LAB EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
