  • have been to this place twice. First time I purchased the $17.99 basic wash. It's convenient by my work and they get me in and out really quick. However, when I got my car back I was not impressed at all. My back mats were not clean and there was still dog hair on my seats as if a vacuum did not touch it. To top it off, my back window (I have a hatchback) was not touched once and there was doggie licks on it. The second time, I had to go back out of necessity. My Jeep was beyond dirty on the outside. Not so much on the inside but it could use a clean. I figured maybe this time I would pay for the next wash up, the works, and get better results. I was very disappointed in the work they did. My seats were not vacuumed. Half of dash is wiped down the other half is not. My cup holders were untouched, not vacuumed or wiped. What topped it off for me was the fact that the only place they used ArmorAll was on my doors. What about my middle console, or my dash? Oh and before I forget to mention it, I asked for new car smell. They gave me vanilla. Just little details that add to the horrible work they do. Needles to say It looked like I ran it through a $3 car wash and only the outside was somewhat clean. I could have saved myself some money and time if I did do that. Instead I had to drive to a self cleaning car wash and vacuum everything then buy an ArmorAll sponge from a vending machine and do the work all over myself. I will never return to this location
