  • Is it possible to give ZERO stars? I was a customer of Rave for years. Although I always found the owner to be abrupt and condescending to his employees, I put up with him because they did a good job with my garments. It wasn't until Rave damaged a high end garment of mine and tried to cover it up, that I decided to stop going there. The owner was rude, uncaring and arrogant in reply to my complaint.
