  • We chose these: Salmon and aspic jelly amuse-bouche Veal and whelk tartar Octopus in duck fat confit Tourtière with Rabbit and fillet minion Duck Brownie Lemon chiffon cake All of this was overwhelmingly delicious! Except for the duck, we felt it was a little bit over cooked, but excellently dressed. We couldn't stop raving about the Veal and Whelk tartar. The choice of ingredients was delectable. This could have been a single meal on its own! The Tourtière was "deconstructed"... which was good except we were expecting the original dish. Ambience and service was top notch! Well, except the chairs. They seemed like discount furniture from a ski resort.
