  • Big fan of delicious sandwiches, ya heard!! The philly cheese steak was the bomb diggity and the grilled cheese (that I added bacon to, because I'm the most carnivorous carnivore) killed me. Almost literally because I am lactose intolerant, but I risked my life for that sandwich and it was well worth it. I'd risk the constipation AGAIN for that damn sandwich. All the food we had was great, but the seating at this place didn't make a ton of sense. In a gorgeous renovated house just a hair south of Sheridan on 7th, most of the seating is outside on a split level patio. Did y'all not know we live in AZ?? Even with the misters on, I was still sweating like a beast (and it wasn't because I was eating cheese). I had swamp ass almost the entire time I was there. With an incredible selection of beers, I was able to cool off...but I couldn't help but think about the inconvenience. Lovely setting, INCREDIBLE food, hot as balls. To be fair...it is August...and we chose to go there...so I suggest this restaurant to EVERYONE who is looking for a great sandwich and cool vibe. Watch out for that parking though...there isn't a ton right in front and it fills up quick.
