  • NOT recommended. I would strongly discourage anyone from seeking services here. I went to get a jacket zipper replaced and the final product was TERRIBLE. She clearly did not have either the necessary tools or expertise to do this job and almost ruined my jacket. The stitching was crooked and when I asked if she could do-over the parts she had done poorly, she insisted that I was wrong and the jacket was fine. When I took the jacket to another place, the woman there assured me it was a very poorly done job. The only good thing I can say about this place is that I got refunded for the hideous work. This was fortunate because she was charging $45 for bad quality service, not cheap! Save yourself the trouble!
