  • I usually get my hair styled in NY or LA. Coming off vacation, I needed a quick trim and to look manicured. Ashley was the stylist (if you could call her that) assigned to me. I showed her a recent photo of myself and how I wanted my hair to be cut. She took a quick look at the picture and then went on to do "her own thing". What resulted was nowhere NEAR resembling the photograph, but rather a butchered attempt at a trim, and a back-of-head shave that I have NEVER had in my life. The back bottom is totally uneven, the look is lopsided, and TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Regional Manager Donna Jordan, did nothing, was not interested in hearing my complaint, instead recommending I go back for a "repair". (Not even an option: I wasn't going to be further butchered!!!). BEWARE: DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER GOING TO THIS SALON, ESPECIALLY RISKING ASHLEY PUTTING SCISSORS TO YOUR HAIR.
