Visited Postrio for a bachelorette party dinner. The best thing I can say about the meal was that we were seated promptly. After that everything went downhill. For some reason it felt like our party was written off immediately after we sat down. We had 3 servers before the meal even came out of the kitchen and when the food did come out it was impossible to get a waiter's attention.
I was expecting great food from a Wolf Gang Puck restaurant but was surprised to taste a rather bland pasta aka the Spaghettini Pasta w/ meatballs. The tomato sauce was not to my liking (there was no flavor) and the meatballs were red inside also, with no flavor. My fellow diners were not that impressed with their food either. The best dish at the table seemed to be the duck. Being a foodie I was sad to find the best part of the meal was in a glass of wine.
The restaurant is situated in the open in the middle of the Venetian Shopping Gallery. Definitely not a place to be romantic. Would have been good for our party if the service and food had tasted better. As there are quite a few options in Las Vegas for dining, I can't say that I would return after our lackluster experience.
