The manager of office is terribly rude and unprofessional. Customer service is not his priority so he didn't want to solve problem.
One of the payment option on their website listed a fast and easy payment to buy ticket. IT IS NOT TRUE. Lost an hour only to get nowhere. Called both companies-- the credit companies said it is Illini Shuttle themselves who refused to warn customers that it is NOT fast and easy, but requires a 3-5 days process.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE services!
