  • I've been going here since they opened. I feel like the service and nail techs are getting worse and worse. Today I went to get a pedi and was extremely excited, because I had just had a baby a few weeks ago, and needed one bad! I got a nail tech I've never had before, or even seen. She asked if I'd like water, which was great! I could use a nice little bottle of cold water. Instead, she brought me back a hot water bottle. As she took my nail polish off, she doesn't even hand me the pamphlet to choose what pedi I'd like. She just asks which one I'd like. That sure doesn't make me want to up grade. The worst part of it all tho, is when she was pushing back my cuticles. Idk if the metal tool was chipped or broken, but it sliced 3 of my toes, starting with my big toe. My toes started bleeding, because they were pretty deep slices on the corner sides of my nails. She tried to act like she had no idea she did it ands just put them back in the water. My toes are throbbing!! She just kept trying to cover my toes with the towel each time she was working on the other foot, so you couldn't see them bleeding. On top of the worst part, my massage was hardly anything, and the "hot towels" were barely damp and they were cold. Back to my wounds.... when I got home I immediately put alcohol on them to disinfect. I really hope I don't get an infection from trying to pamper myself. Not sure I'll ever go back.
