A breakfast/Brunch Restaurant that could easily be transported to NYC and be among the best places here as well. Its a small place, so either go during off peak times or be prepared to wait in line. We went there twice for breakfast when we were in Calgary. The Belgian waffle was as light as air, the strawberries fresh. I had Confit Duck and Egg the other day, and it was superb, the duck egg yolk acting like a sauce when you order it sunny side up.
