  • The employees there are rude! Getting off the plane, being in the airport, having to pay for a rental, the last thing you want to do is deal with someone with an attitude. The customer in front of us was done paying so we approach the register. The lady at the front had the audacity to tell us that she didn't call us to the register. I think this employee had her job title mixed up. She must have thought she was working as a TSA lol ....what a joke! If it wasn't for Priceline's incredible deal- $49 for a van for the weekend-this place would receive 0 stars. Who wants to stand in long airport lines, sit in confined space, go to an airport car rental (you would think they would be empathetic), and then treat you like you're a nuance? Silly employee, security's for the TSA lol
