On a recent Saturday, I visited DVAV showroom, desperately in need of help to recover my C4 system The day before, APS had cut power to my home and my C4 system did was no longer functional when power was restored. My then AV service provider was unable to respond, so I went on line and found Desert Valley. I met with Steve who listened to my story and sent me home with some suggestions as to how I might be able to restore at least some C4 service. After about 30 mins of telephone help desk coaching from Steve, I did get recovery of enough service that I could watch TV for the weekend. The following, Monday DVAV tech Chris arrived as scheduled at my home and fully recovered my service. Excellent work, guys...I am now a loyal new customer ! Thanks very much...Graham Cooke
