  • I love the Fillmore, and I've attended around 15 shows here. They usually have great acts playing and it's easy to meet your favorite artists. I have never had a reason to complain about the Fillmore until I drove 30+ minutes to go to the Fillmore box office and buy 2 pairs of tickets. I was stuck in traffic and arrived at 5:01 pm. (1 minute after the box office "closes" on weekdays) and was sad to find out that my time had been wasted and the box office was already closed. I gently knocked on the window to see if anyone was still in there and was greeted by a man who rudely lifted up the window (blinds?) and told me that they were closed for the day, proceeding to quickly close it in my face. I was heartbroken and walked back to my car, money in hand. It is sad that he couldn't have taken 2 extra minutes to let me purchase the tickets I have been eagerly saving up paychecks for. They won't be getting my money
