  • When I started out with this company I was dealing with Scott . He was great. He answered any questions I had. He told me.no problem , we can get you approved. So fine , happy day. I take in the rest of my paperwork, and get stuck with his asst. Kelly. She was very cold, unwelcoming, and short. I leave my paperwork with her and before I even got home I had a rejection letter from her, no5hing more than , yeah we can't do anything for you. When we called to ask.questikns she was again short, and rude. So everything Scott has in personality and knowledge, his partner, Kelly takes way from. When I was dealing with Scott he told me they do no advertising, just word of mouth. Well ,Scott, Word of mouth is every5hign, you are right. I wish I had a better experience to report for your sake, but I can not in good conience do that after the treatment we received. Good news tho , I came home and called Quicken Loans, got approved, and closed in less than. 30 days. They were honest upfront about what I needed, they were friendly, personable, and efficient. Thanks Quicken Loans!
