rev:text	So I did my due diligence and read up on reviews via yelp and my hair dressers bio. Steve Du bio stated he had mastered cutting hair and constantly stays on top of the cuts/trends by taking classes. Well I thought I found my guy. Turns out, he knew nothing. He literally butchered my hair. I went in on Thursday asking for a undercut and a inverted bob. I also asked for face framing highlights that don't start at the root like byalage that I had in my hair. He pretty much highlighted my whole hair. You can't even tell I had byalage bc of the overlapping that occurred. I told him I will need a toner. He insisted I didn't. I couldn't get my hair blow dried bc the fuse kept blowing and I couldn't wait bc I had to pick my kids up from school. Well sure enough I went home to blow dry my hair and it was orange. He also didn't blend my layers. So I send him a message and he tells me please come back and I will fix it. Day 2: next day I'm in there at 9 am. He managed to fix my hair, not to what I asked for, but toned down the orange to a brown/blonde hue. The cut......he had no idea what he was doing. He kept messing up and going shorter and shorter. So I'm tearing up and I tell him to stop cutting my hair. He then calls Tim over who tries to fix it. He took five minutes to "fix" my hair. I thought it was better than where Steve left off. I left at 1:15pm. Went home only to realize Steve butchered my hair. I have to go pay someone else to fix my hair and I have to pretty much go with a pixie bc of what he did to the back of my hair. This has been the worst salon experience in my life
