  • Very frustrated with Herbal Nails this time. The last time I was very pleased. What I am frustrated about isn't the service but the fact that they called me 3 minutes before my 3:00 appointment to say my eyelash technician was running late and if I could push my appointment back 30 minutes. I was in the parking lot when I got the call and hadn't had a chance to listen to my voicemail. When I checked in they said they had called and left me a voice mail. I looked at my phone and I said "you called me 3 minutes before my appointment". They claimed no - we called you at 2:40. Umm - no you didn't. I was sitting in your parking lot when you called and my phone shows 2:57. I showed her the voice mail (it translates to text) and she was like "that's our message"? Yes - yes it is. No - I can't wait until 3:30 - I moved it to 3:00 because I need to be out by 4. I would have been ok moving my appointment had they called well before 3 minutes before it was scheduled and didn't own that they called me that late.! For this, I am giving them a 2 rating. UPDATE-Herbal Nails made my experience right. They called me shortly after I left the salon. I explained why I was frustrated and they completely understood. I came in on 6/17 for my appointment and they remembered the experience I had and apologized again. I really do appreciate Jenny and the care she takes when giving me my eye lash extensions. Thank you Herbal nails for making my experience right and genuinely caring about your customers.
