  • Purchased a groupon with this company as I had a few pictures I wanted to frame for my husbands bday. The store was in renovations. She volunteered to pick up the pictures. Nice service. I only needed a frame. The picture and matting for all 3 were already done. Somehow to frame 3 pictures, approximately 8x11 it ended up being over 300$. Seemed pricey but i had the groupon already. We made arrangements to meet as store was still in reno, but she ignored my plan. I was to pay by email, instructions not followed. Instead she dropped off the pictures at the condo. Surprise for the husband was gone. He ended up paying for it. Not the arrangement. And I am still awaiting a receipt that was to come by email. So the best made plans were ruined. I think the groupon was a way to scam you.
