I had a leaking brake on my 1976 Land Cruiser. Brought it in around 9 am and was told by Kenny that it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours to get the parts and if I was OK with that since I had to wait for it. Told him it was fine. I also asked for an oil, filter, and lube since I had a coupon. I went shopping at nearby and received a call that my brake pads were soaked and should be replaced. I agreed and asked for a military discount. Kenny said he would throw in the oil change and lube for free. From there it turned into a comedy of errors with the parts. None of it was the fault of the staff at Brake Masters. They were very courteous and apologetic. After 5.5 hours my vehicle was ready. When I got in and started to drive off, the brake pedal went to the floor. I brought it back and talked to the tech who worked on the vehicle and he said it was fine. I told him it wasn't like that before and he told me that he did the best he could. He told me to bring it back and they would try to adjust it. After I got home I noticed that the vehicle had not been lubed. I called and talked to Mike and he said the tech must of missed it and to bring it back. Since it took so long to have it fixed in the first place, I wasn't excited about returning and have to wait again. I expected that it be done right the first time. The next day I noticed oil on my driveway. When I looked under the vehicle there considerable amount of oil that was not cleaned up after the change that was dripping. I took the time and bleed the brakes and now they feel like they did before I brought them in. I understand the delay in getting my vehicle fixed because of their supplier, what I don't understand is the lack of caring and attention to detail.
