They charge on Saturdays, $10.90 (yes, $.90 ), even if you are staying there,
In their defense they do seem to get pretty good guests that day, for example; Dj Dave Aude performed Saturday for us. I believe Timbaland is performing in the coming weeks.
Alright review time again
-Drinks, expensive, so get used to it. The bigger you go, the better the deal. If you drink mix drinks, go with the bucket size, if you drink beer, get the buckets, it'll save $ in the long run
-Music, Great as always, good mix of everything and loud, love it (party style)
-Crowd, aside from Saturday (super crazy packed) its not horrible rest of days
-Chairs and finding one, earlier the better to find a chair, but I don't mind putting stuff down by a tree or whatever
-Staff, No issue for us, the bartender near the opposite side of the entrance is awesome and will make your drinks strong
-Atmosphere, Party, if this isn't you, go somewhere else. They had a blowup whale and unicorn along with beach balls in the water!
-Water Quality, Clean, you can definitely tell that there is a lot of chlorine and bleach in the water to kill all bacteria from the disgusting people who I am sure pee in the water
-Updates, they eliminated the cages in the center islands that previously had girls dancing in them. I like that they did this, opens up more room for people to set their drink buckets on or hang out around.
Negatives:
-Not a huge fan of the Saturday charge into pool, but just plan accordingly.
-They changed the day bed and cabana colors to this old light blue color, I thought the deep red look they have previously made the pool feel more like The Beach Club in Encore, doesn't look as luxurious, (personal preference)
-Not one day was there a booty shaking contest, again not as 'pool party' like as it was in the past.
Overall:
Love this pool, good party feel, staff was great, top pool parties in Vegas without being completely ripped off. Was there each day, 4hrs + never had an issue finding at least one chair. Drinks are great and the music keeps you staying.
Final Thoughts:
To the people who write negative reviews, you people are ridiculous. some of the negative reviews are a joke. Of course they wont let you bring a water bottle in, ever heard of people sneaking booze in with a bottle, LOL, And yes, people smoke at the pool, THIS IS VEGAS, I don't smoke but I just deal with it, or move. People seriously expect perfection now-a-days.
