My TMC rate just went up from 9.99; Your rate will not stay at 9.99!
I called in October just after the rate increase to request two yard signs as the old ones are several years old and breaking apart. No new signs to date.
The customer service person I talked to said I am paying nothing for this service, the signs--although I told him I am paying for the service. This person was not helpful and was not trained in customer service. Additionally it should be noted this is free advertising for TMC.
Now I am waiting for someone to drop off some yard signs. After three calls and several months wait I don't know when or if I will receive them.
Service is not a TMC priority.
Finally on Saturday 12-28-13 received two yard signs left at my front door. Installed them myself.
