I HAD used Sears for over 20 years. The last tech that came out hit two reset buttons, charged me $125 and left. No investigation as to why it did what it did, no nothing. This was twice for Sears coming out with the same type of results. The only thing they really did was keep raising their service fee and adding hidden charges (like breathing). So when the same thing happened with my dishwasher again, and the reset buttons didn't reset anymore I found these guys. The problem was finally explained to me as a protective feature with the Bosch dishwasher. That being said this tech went the extra mile to try and find out the why and where. A novel idea wouldn't you say. He was VERY knowledgeable about the product he was servicing and very personable and professional. I was charged for the service call as it only had to be reset from the inside. There were no hidden fees, AND he was on time and cleaned up after himself. I will use this Company for ALL my appliance needs. They brought back some of the faith I once had for repairmen. Lately in Vegas anyway, it seems there are very few reputable companies left. I know your business is new to Las Vegas. Please don't become what so many businesses have become in our valley. Untrustworthy, money grabbing and not caring about repeat customers like myself. Thanks Billy. And to Mr Appliance, this is an excellent employee. Make sure someone doesn't steal him away from you.
