  • This is honestly one of the worst rental companies I have ever dealt with. I'm paying a large amount for a garbage house. We live in Arizona! Ceiling fans in a house should be a must! There is no circulation in this house and it is beyond hot in the summers! The garage door is manual and hardly stays up, hopefully one of my kids doesn't get hit by it when it decides to slam down on it's own. They're so quick to take your money and then never talk to you again. It takes forever to get someone out to my house to fix anything, and when their site doesn't work to pay the rent they charge you a stupid amount of late fees and don't even notify you! Then send attorney letters that you're late even days after you paid it! Then lock you out of your online account to make you drive over an hour away to pay the stupid rent for a garbage house that causes you so much stress. THEN, when you try to call them to fix the issue they never call back! My boyfriend has been calling everyday for 3 days and of course, NO RESPONSE! We are already looking for a new house and when we see these idiots are the landlords we immediately click out of it. Whoever is reading this, do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND AGONY!!!
