  • Called to get information on packages and quotes. Upon first response I was told from the staff member she had the wrong person. I informed her I didn't think so, but alright. She then realized I was calling about a wedding. Now I live out of state and am planning a formal wedding for about 50 people. All I wanted was information sent to me in regards to their site...period!! I was informed that the size of the party was too small for the day or any day that matter, because during the week the guest count is 75 minimum. What this person failed to realize is that maybe she should get further information prior to disregarding perspective clients who have money to spend. I would never work with someone like this or recommend a company who doesn't take the time to understand the clients they are working with.
