  • Leslie came recommended and I was excited to have her team clean our home. We were in the process of moving and needed a cleaner. The day she was supposed to show up, she did not. After a few texts and a phone call, she finally text me back saying her cleaner had an emergency and needed to reschedule. We were on a very tight deadline and it was difficult for me to reschedule since I already took the day of the appointment off from work. I agreed to reschedule for the next morning and I could not believe it. She did not show up. I called, texted and emailed. Nothing! Two times in a row. WOW! I even texted and called her the day after to see if everything was okay but she did not respond. She totally stiffed me and has yet to respond. I had to hire another cleaning service who charged me extra for same day service. Very unprofessional.
