Well the people were very nice and warm. The cabin had modern features, was very comfortable and had everything you need to be comfortable. The views are wonderful and sitting out on the balcony was just special, night or day. I would have liked to have given them 5 stars. First thing in my cabin, had to hold down the toilet handle until it flushed all the way. Worst thing were the pillows; hers was sad and mine was pathetic. Perhaps training the maids to bring them up for replacement when needed. I found the spare on the closest shelf the next morning; it was sad also but much better than the one I left outside of the office. For the price they need to invest in some really nice pillows to go with the really nice bedding. I was bothered a little by the people from another cabin, thank goodness it was up a couple of levels. People were from another country but still... Anyway, first noise over the television was the guy out on the balcony after 10:00 talking loud on his cell phone. My opening and closing the door with a look up at him didn't affect anything. So in bed I was well insulated from that cabin but on my trip to the bathroom I heard a bunch of them, quite loud, and it was 1:38 in the morning. Warning: You are on your own after 6:00. You really need to take their advice and make sure that you bring up anything you might need for the entire stay! Bring the DVD's you want because you may not find them for rent in their office. They have a coke machine but otherwise nothing for about an hour and a half round trip after 6:00. If you smoke, especially, bring an extra pack. Worth the visit especially to escape the desert heat; I would think most of Las Vegas would want to do that at least one night per summer.
