  • I came in for wheels and an alignment. They tried to send me on my way without providing the standard print out of the alignment readings. I said I needed them so they eventually showed me the screen saying their printer was out of ink. The camber was so far in the red that my tires would have been chewed up in no time. Good way to force people to buy more tires. I told them to fix the camber for another $100+ and they came back to me saying the car had sag and needed new shocks. They were trying to align the wheels with the summer wheels and rims in the back seat. That's why it has sag. They tried to sell me another $1500 in work. Now I have to take it to another shop to see what else they've messed up.
