  • Manuel's is the greatest food mistake I have ever made. I have lived in Moon Valley for 25 years and it took me 23 years to discover this place. We now eat here a couple of times per week. They have excellent specials with the best being the carnitas on Thursday. There is no doubt these are the best carnitas in Arizona. Saturday and Sunday breakfasts are a hidden gem. The food comes out quick and the service is tremendous. They treat everyone like family. I have met Wally the owner and he is just a great genuine guy. The team he has is tremendous. Jason, Rick, Shawn just to name a few. Everyone is friendly and attentive. I have eaten at a thousand restaurants all over the world and really can't tell you one that is run better. Enjoy.
