  • THIS SHOP DESTROYED MY BRAND NEW CARS WHEELS! I went in for a simple tire swap to have new blizzaks put on my 3 month old toyota86 and when the car was returned to me it had lubricant, dirt, and grime plastered all over every rim. When I asked the mechanic about it he said he had very difficult time getting the low profile tires on and that is why they were so dirty which is extremely unprofessional. I had the shop clean off the wheels which revealed scores of scratches on the surface of the rims as well as DEEP grooves engraved in the lips of the wheel from the tire changer. There are even chips in each of the wheels as if the mechanic used a screw driver to pry the new tires on or the old ones off. They opened an insurance claim for me with their corporation and after 5 weeks of their claims specialists not responding to my calls and emails I realized the only way I am going to be reimbursed for the damages is through court. Your time and peace of mind is Invaluable, PLEASE CONSIDER USING A DIFFERENT AUTO SHOP!!!
