My wife came here to replace a screen 6 months ago and all went well. However,we made the mistake of coming back last week with a cracked screen. After being replaced they noticed a scratch in the new screen so had them replace that one, 6 days later the phone freezes up, I take it back and let the clerk up front ( Dakota ) know that I am a bit frustrated since this was the third time we needed to come back in a week. Instead of apologizing he started insinuating that it could have been the phone motherboard that was causing the freezing and not their screen. He gave me the option of getting my money back instead of replacing the screen for the third time. I told him I thought that was a cop-out and that the phone was not freezing up until they replaced the screen the second time around. He again stated it may have been a motherboard issue and I could just get my money back. I again declined and stated I felt it was a cop out on his part. This went back and forth for 5 minutes. I told him I just wanted a screen that did not freeze up. I also told him I had now asked him three times to replace the screen under their store warranty. He just kind of laughed and I told him I am glad he thinks it was funny. The guy was unprofessional, argumentative and had no clue what true customer service is. From reading the Yelp reviews it seems that screens freezing seem to be quite an issue for this company. I was so disturbed by Dakota's behavior that day I took the time to review my experience with the company which they suggest you do on their store receipt. After doing the review I get a message to call a 800 number and share what happened with their corporate office. I did this and was told by which seemed like a concerned individual on the phone that he would look into the incident and call me back shortly. Still waiting for the call 5 days later. Do yourself a favor have apple replace your screen, I am done with this company.
